I called PRL and spoke with Zoe who immediately investigated the situation, which turned out to be a shipping and tracking problem. “I trust the quality of the products that PRL sells. I am pleased with everything I have purchased up to this point. Delivery is prompt which is a plus. The only downside would be that on a previous delivery, if a shipment is missing items, they dont' let you know that the items missing in the box are out of stock. I understand products can go out of stock occasionally but it would be nice to let customer's know why the items are missing or thta they will be shipped when they are back in stock. I'd also like to be kept up to date periodically (via email) with estimates on when the outstand products I ordered would be back in stock so I don't have to call every few weeks.”
