“Still waiting for the cot !!! my family are now going home poor babe was in a cramped pram to sleep, no reason until I had to ring up and was told they are waiting for the mattress WHY could you not let me know and I would have made other arrangements you have taken the money !! by the way its two weeks plus since I ordered it I am begining to wonder !!!!!”

“I paid for my item 3 days ago and I've still not received it. Infact it says on my account that it's only been processed, not even dispatched and it's been like this for days!!”

“I Ordered a travel cot, which turned out to be discontinued. I recieved an email to inform me and to ask if I would like an exchange or a refund. I sent the link for the cot I would like and it was delivered to me in 24hrs and the price difference was refunded straight away. Happy customer, I would recommend this company and I will use them again in the future.”

“I ordered a Joie Tilt from Pramcentre - placed the order one afternoon, car seat was delivered the following morning. So quick! The order had also included some free sunblinds, when I pointed out that these hadn't arrived they were dispatched promptly and delivered the next day. Excellent product, speedy delivery and friendly, efficient, customer service - I would highly recommend Pramcentre.”

“Ordered a pram on Saturday on the website states takes 3 working days so when purchased nothing to say will take longer. I received a phone call on Sunday to say won't receive it for 4 weeks said I needed it before that said she would ring up on Monday to see if she could receive it quicker no customer care follow up I had to ring up myself again to see when it would be delivered and still going to be 3 weeks this should be stated at the checkout before purchase. It is very hard to get in contact with the pram centre very long time on phone to get through.”

“Found my desired pushchair here when everywhere else was out of stock. It was at the best price around as well which was a bonus and from ordering to delivery I only waited 2 and a half days. I received update emails, a text the day before delivery and a text the morning of delivery telling me an hour slot when my pushchair would arrive, perfect. The pushchair itself was everything I wanted and well packaged, a great first experience, thank you Pram Centre!”

“I have found the customer service from Pram Centre really great, i had a few questions about my purchases before hand and they were really helpful. My order went through quickly and easily, i also took advantage of the promotions to get a great discount on my nursery furniture and pram.
