“Website was great fast and got the job done however in store the staff r shocking and customer service is not the best”

“I have ordered and paid for a pushchair almost 2 weeks ago I've recieved an email to say it's not I. Stock until 2-3 weeks time , so I replied go ahead not even an email to let me know any progress or if they have ordered I am currently stuck without a pram and out of pocket to look elsewhere really really unhappy”

“I was a little disappointed that the car seat I ordered was not in stock but my payment was taken and I did not receive a phone call till a day later making me aware of this and I still have not received a phone call telling me the car seat I have ordered is back in stock nor on its way. However the lady who called was polite and helpful in making me aware of the situation.”

“To be honest I was very disappointed, I ordered a product online only to be informed the next day by voicemail that the actual product had been discontinued and there was no such items in stock. I tried to call back and waited 5 minutes to get through to customer services, only for the phone to be answered and then put down. I tried again and waited 21 minutes for the phone to be answered. The lady did apologise and say I would be refunded but today funds have left my account and not been returned.”

“Ordered a bath and changing unit.. Opened the box and it was dirty and clearly used. Very shocked and disappointed! They offered a replacement so I will see how that goes.”
