“It would be helpful if paying by Amex wasn't an option as apparently you are unabel to accept Amex for online purchases. However when I called to find out why my payment wasn't accepted the lady was very helpful. We are also experiencing problems with delivery, we received a text which allowed us to request interlink delivery to a shop nearby only to receive another text on the day of delivery to say that they were unable to deliver to the shop. This was very annoying as we were already out for the day when we received the text saying they couldn't delivery to the shop!”

“Package arrived all instructions ripped and item looked as if it has been used as a display or used by other person. Box bashed item was meant to be a gift for someone”

“Needed a pushchair urgently due to our old one failing. Pram centre had the one we wanted "in stock" so we placed order, 4days later we were told it wasn't in stock and had a 2 week lead time. We requested a refund via email but didn't receive any conformation or acknowledgement from pram centre after 3 emails and 2 failed phone attempts. The refund appeared 4 days later still with no conformation or communication of of any kind. Not brilliant have ordered one from winstanleys pramworld having wasted 9 days with no pushchair”

“I'm very happy with my daughters new stroller.. I had a struggle finding one that she is comfortable in and is easy to push... I actually went through 4 new strollers that I didn't even use before selling on as none of them was what we was expecting... but after scrolling through endless pages on Google I found The Pram Centre so thought I would have a nose.... found a stroller I liked cheaper than I expected so I ordered it! I'm so glad I did as it's perfect... so thank you!!!”

“I order/ paid for a product online. When purchasing it never mentioned that the item was not in stock so i carried on with the transaction to find a few days later that this was discontinued. I still awaiting a refud”

“Express next day delivery, we were so impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service we received. The parcel was in perfect condition and we are thrilled with Alf's new cot. Fantastic value for money, we saved a handsome sum of money as the price was considerably more for exactly the same cot from all other major suppliers. We are very satisfied and happy customers, much appreciated folks!”

“Delivered within 48hrs, text updates prior to delivery, I got the best price in the UK, other companies said they could price match but couldn't and did not. Don't waste your time looking for bugaboo, or any other top brands any where else very happy”
