“Ordered on line, was easy and quick response back re delivery times and to advise that one part was out of stock but could be ordered in. Much easier than in store where it was impossible to find an assistant to help us despite asking 3 people!”

We are incredibly busy at the moment, especially with the Winter Sale, and I sincerely apologise that they were unable to assist you at this time. I completely understand that having to wait a lengthy period of time to be helped is unacceptable and we are looking into ways of improving this. We have recently taken on a number of new staff members, however as discussed, with the Winter Promotions we are experiencing a high volume of interest and all employees are doing their utmost to attend to each and every customer as quickly as they can. “I ORDERED AND PAID FOR MY ITEM AND RECEIVED A CALL NEXT DAY TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND WOULD POSSIBLY BE AVAILABLE IN APRIL SO MY LONG WAIT BEGINS”

Hi, Susan. Thank you for taking the time to review us :) Under section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it does makes reference that we will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisors regarding stock availability if the item is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, unfortunately it does appear that this has been the case in regards to your order. Our website is one which does not show the item as being "In Stock", however it will always allow a customer to order goods on a pre-order basis. As soon as your Crib Set arrives in to store we will be in touch to advise you of this and to arrange delivery :) My sincerest apologies that the item will not be available until April time, we realise that this waiting time is completely unacceptable and all your comments have been passed on to both Management and the Manufacturer of this particular item. “I have an order pending. I had a voicemail to tell me part of the order will not be available, I tried to return the call during work time over and over. I left a voice message back, which I'm still waiting to be returned. I haven't received any part of order yet or any email confirmation on what might be happening, but my monies have been taken - hope it gets sorted soon and I know what's going on!!!”

“I purchased a pram accessory from the pram centre website. Two days later I received a call telling me the accessory was out of stock and it would be 2-3 weeks until it arrived, apparently stock on the website doesn't correlate with stock in the warehouse! Massively frustrating as nowhere on this site did it stimulate this. Annoyingly the pram centre is the only stockist of the accessory in the end UK.”

“Very good and quick service. Item arrived very well packed. Customer service responded very quickly for my pre-ordered items, kindly informing when it's going to be available at the warehouse and when it's gonna to arrive. Company offer a very high quality products in very affordable competitive prices. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. After placing my first successful order with Pramcentre, I made two more orders and I won't hesitate to use it again, either for my own children or as a presents for others.”

“The website was easy to navigate and I found the item easily. The price was by far the best for this item, and along with free delivery made this very good value. Delivery was very fast. I have no cause for complaint and would certainly recommend Pramcentre.co.uk to anyone.”

“I ordered the product in grey and the item arrived in black. The only thing redeeming it from being 1 star is the service I got on your online chat to resolve the issue. The product will be collected and the new grey one delivered this week, hopefully this time it will be correct! Also, as an online shop it is remarkably difficult to understand your returns policy or find out how to return something. There should be more information on the website and some delivery documents with the delivery that make it easy if there is an issue.”

Thank you for taking the time to review us :) My sincerest apologies with regards to the mix up with your order, it appears that there had been a genuine human error which unfortunately resulted in the Black Paternity satchel being shipped out instead of the Grey, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. I am pleased to know that the service you received via our Online Chat resulted in this issue being resolved for you so promptly, I believe it was my colleague Melissa who you spoke with on Saturday 9th January and she had arranged that the Delivery and Collection take place for today, Wednesday 13th January.
