“Fantastic car seat, amazingly padded and my two girls look so comfy in them. The only draw back is I can't quite recline my eldest daughters seat as much because if her long legs so her head doesn't tilt back so well when she sleeps. Super quick delivery!”

“Purchased a Europa Swing, Glider and Slide as a christmas gift, only part order arrived as courier has lost main part of the item, a couple of emails and a week later the remaining part arrived. A good service by the Pram Centre and a very happy grand daughter on Christmas Day. Will definitely order from them again. Thanks”

“Item was shown as in stock at time of order. We have been called since to notify us it will not be available for dispatch for another 2-3weeks after processing. Frustrating to be told it was the last in stock. Website should reflect actual inventory. Will review the buggy when we get it, though in trying it out it was perfect.”

Thank you for taking the time to review us :) My sincerest apologies that we have let you down with this part of your order, under section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it does makes reference that we will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisors regarding stock availability if the items are not available and advise when the item will return to stock, unfortunately it does appear that this has been the case in regards to your order. Our website is one which does not show the item as being "In Stock", however it will always allow a customer to order goods on a pre-order basis. Interlink Express are not employees of the Glasgow Pram Centre, but do represent our company when delivering goods to our customers. “I can't comment on my order as I have not yet received it. I have paid for my order and a day or so later was told that it could take up to 2 weeks as they had no stock. Apparently they are not a stock controlled website. Had I known this I would have either ordered a different cot or left the money in my bank for an extra couple of weeks.”

“Price is fantastic,showing 2 in stock.placed order and paid,received a call 2 days later,to say that it isn't in stock,appreciated the phone call,but payment was sent on the understanding the stock was there,and I would receive within 3 days.Not a massive problem,just took it from excellent to very good,sorry”

“Cancelled my order as wasn't told at checkout that pram actually wasnt in stock. Stated delivery was three days. Received no confirmation so when phoned the helpline was told it was going to be up to three weeks for delivery. Cancelled the order and now have to wait five days for the money to go back into my account before I can reorder from somewhere else. Will not order from here again.”

Hi, Kirsty. Thank you for taking the time to review us :) I have just looked into your order and i can see that Order Number 320014 was placed at 10:07am on Tuesday 5th of January and then dispatched on Wednesday 6th January. From the tracking system I can see that delivery was attempted at 12:04pm on the 8th January, however this was unsuccessful and a calling card was then left for you. Delivery was then successful on the 11th January when the item was signed by yourself at 11:15am. Did you perhaps place a second order which was not available and ready for dispatch?
