“Ordered a rocking horse. It was really nice. My kid loved it. The screws were not completely fixed into the sliding wooden log but with some extra effort made way and got that fixed. Overall nice gift in reasonable price. Kids will love it.”

“All excellent.Delivery very quick time and in two boxes for safety of contents.As for the rocking pony, was impressed with the quality for such a reasonable price.Bought for granddaughters 1st birthday which is some way off but I feel sure she will love it too. Thank you.Sure I will shop with you again.”

“Excellent customer service sales advisor was excellent gave us a demonstration of my pram they also price matched my pram from another shop great choice of stock could spend hours in here and a fortune buying stuff thank you again”

“Pushchair delivered nice and quick, but unfortunately the wrong colour. Rung the company and the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. Another delivery very next day for a swap.”

“I am extremely dissatisfied that I ordered items which showed as in stock only to find out after they were paid for that they don't actually have the items in stock and they will be 3 weeks”

Under section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it states that we will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisors regarding stock availability if the items are not available and advise when the goods will return to stock, unfortunately it appears that this has been the case with regards to your order. As soon as the items arrive in to our warehouse we will be in touch to advise of this and to arrange dispatch. “Ordered pram combi with car seat/ boori cot/ boori mattress and recently ordered boori cot drawer. The pram centre staff were so helpful and professional. Couldn't fault the service. Items were delivered by courier on the day specified when items were ordered. Thank you.”

“I have rated you 5 stars, i did have a problem where they sent me wrong item, but I got on chat and the problem was resolved and received the right item next day, which I call fab customer service. I have ordered two items from you now and are very pleased with them, I would buy from yourself again.”

“I ordered a bath and was told 3 working days until pram centre phoned me to say it was out of stock and wouldn't be ready till next week”
