“I was excitedly awaiting my item to pass on for a gift when I was telephoned today to be told it wasn't available. I had checked my account earlier to find the status was processed although clearly it was not. To receive a request for feedback when the order couldn't be fulfilled was a bit presumptuous and disappointing Carol”

Hi, Carol. Thank you for taking the time to review us :) My sincerest apologies that we had been unable to fulfill your order on this occasion. When your order is showing as "Processed", this means that we have received the order on our end and one of my colleagues will be processing it through our system for you. Under Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it makes reference that we will be in touch regarding stock availability if the item which you have ordered is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, unfortunately this appears to have been the case with your order. You have been sent a request for feedback as this is an automated email sent to customers who attach an email address to their online order, I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. I will certainly pass this on to management to find out if there is anyway this can be looked into so that any customers orders who can t be fulfilled do not have to receive such mail. “I have seen and heard of so many car seats. And haven checked different ranges I find this product very suitable for my baby and also very good value for money. I will definitely recommend this product. Thank you Pram centre for you prompt service”

“The prices are amazing, I had been looking for a car seat for my 9 month old for a few weeks now and the pram centre is by far the cheapest. I haven't received my car seat yet but really looking forward to it being delivered”

“Although I did receive a rapid response from the company acknowledging my order I haven't heard anything since. With the bank holiday and weekend this is not unexpected. In view of this I feel it is too soon to consider a review. Thanks”

Hi Ernest, thank you for taking the time to review us :) As the item was in stock when you placed your order we arranged dispatch immediately, however as the parcel left on Hogmanay it was unfortunate that the Courier Service was closed over this period, meaning that your goods were held in the appropriate depot until delivery was made with you on the 4th January at 10:54am. Thank you for your understanding with regards to the bank holiday, we aim to keep all customers informed in the first instance if what they have ordered is not in stock, this has been different with your order as the item was available and sent out immediately, had the Courier Service been open over the Holiday Period you would have received your item the next working day, Friday 1st January. The Courier Service who delivered your pram is not an employee of the Glasgow Pram Centre, however they do represent our Company with parcel shipment all over Europe. “I ordered a rocking animal on 22 December and it arrived on 23 December! First class service. My contact at the company was Angela Walker who was very helpful. My granddaughter loved Paula Pony and I will be recommending the Pramcentre to everyone I know. Debbie”

“The customer service was excellent. I couldn' t locate the third anchor point for the top tether so I wasn't sure whether the Bi-Tiger SPS Isofix car seat was compatible with my car. I enquired by email and the response was spontaneous and I was shown the exact location of that anchor point. The two car seat I have bought, the Premium i-fix and the one mentioned earlier, were delivered within less than 3 days of placing the order online. It's obviously too early to comment on their durability but they look impressive and sturdy. In addition, the kids just like them. I would definitely recommend these car seats to anyone who is looking for quality at a reasonably low price. Sangai”
