“Great service. The wrong colour seat was sent by accident but the customer service was brilliant, they sent a replacement the very next day (Christmas Eve!) and collected the other. Excellent seat, my son loves it! Would definitely recommend Pram Centre.”

“Bought a crib and 3 piece bed set for my granddaughter and the service was first class. The bed set was out of stock, annoying but it happens. Received a call informing me and offering an alternative which I took. It was delivered the next day but a 2 pice was dispatched in error. Phoned to point out the error and received an apology with the missing item dispatched for delivery the very next day. A lesson for others in how to do excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“Ordered a cot and only half of it arrived with mattress and bumper set that also was not boxed after many phone calls was promised the rest of the cot in 2 days when never arrived and we called it had not even left to be sent, it's my baby due date and started labour already with no cot asked for refund and while in labour was packing the half a cot we did have back in box to be collected to come back! Fuming is understatement ! Never even had any sympathy from your company at how badly we as customers have been treated and messed around, I will make sure ladies are aware how you operate business not even a phone call to see if the rest off the cot arrived !! Which it didn't. Il be blogging on websites for pregnant women to avoid you at all cost I now have to rush to get cot in labour !! Shocking.”

“I have been looking for a crib for a while but where ever I find one the delivery is like 21 days or 28 days but with the Pram centre it showed 3-5 days. Very fast specially it being Christmas.”

“Ordered item on the Friday morning and was advised delivery would be Wednesday at the latest, later that day a text received saying it would be the Monday. Then Saturday morning another to say arriving that day between 11.45 and 12.45. Arrived bang on 11.45, delivered by a nice cheerful man wishing me a Happy Christmas. What service, exceptional. Can't wait for my granddaughter to receive her present, she should have hours of enjoyment. Thank you so much I thought it was a gamble odering before Christmas and living in Kent, delivery might have been delayed. I would recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate to order future items. Wishing you and the delivery company a VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR. Pat Walker”
