“The payment took a while from coming out of my account to your account - it took a week with no communication at all. Once received the goods came quickly with text messages sent stating when delivery would take place and giving you the opportunity to change.”

“I ordered on Saturday afternoon and received delivery of 'Emily the snail' Tuesday lunchtime, quicker than I had expected. ???? During ordering I accidentally pressed back and forgot to re-enter my delivery address details, oops. But I had no need to worry as I went onto the chat function and chatted with a wonderful lady called Melissa who corrected my delivery address, no fuss and super helpful. I am extremely happy with both the quality of the product and the excellent customer service I have received and will be ordering again in the near future.”

“Excellent quality car seat, my little girl loves it, think the instructions to install the car seat need to be a bit easier and clearer to understand but got there in the end. Very happy with this car seat”

“I heard some mixed reviews from friends when ordering from the pram centre so was sceptical ordering. Found a really good deal on a car seat for my daughter so ordered it after debating with myself. I'm am so surprised how quickly the order was processed and how prompt delivery was. Received it the next day no problems what's so ever!! Well done pram centre and thank you for an amazing car seat! My daughter loves it...”

Having looked into your order I can see that the bedding sets you purchased have been reserved by for you. Unfortunately upon ordering your bedding sets we where currently out of stock. My colleague had left a message on your mobile to advise this on 23/11/2015 @ 12:09pm. We have now received stock of these bedding sets and I will have your order dispatched today to be with you on Monday. Our courier will contact you via text message to advise of an hourly timeslot for you to expect delivery.
