“Pram arrived with carry-cot missing but after contacting the helpline a replacement was sent out. Girl on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Price of travel system on the black Friday sale was brilliant and too good to pass up. Very pleased with our purchase and in dealing with Pramcentre.co.uk.”

“The item on your website said the age was 9 months now it has been delivered the box says its 18 months!!??”

The product should only be used from the age of 9 months if your child can sit up unaided. If this is not the case then the recommended usage is from the age of 18 months. “Absolutely beautiful pram and really lovely quality. I was a little disappointed that I wasn't told when ordering or at any point between ordering and delivery that it was out of stock and I would have to wait. Only waited 11 days but it meant my husband was away (working offshore) when it arrived and so never got to see it or give me his opinion on if he thought it was suitable for our daughter or worth it.......and build it!!”
