“I purchased a new car seat & family bundle from the online store. Unfortunately the wrong seat was sent so i went to the branch in Glasgow who exchanged the seat for the correct one without any problem. The staff were most helpful , friendly and professional and one of the staff helped me to fit the seat. It was a really good shopping experience”

“They send my delivery to the wrong address and then they said I signed for it when I wasn't even home and the signature wasn't mine either and when I was trying to call them I would get through after an hour and they would cut me off halfway and so I had to Waite another hour to get connected”

“I recieved my item quickly at a great price though I thought the delivery was quite expensive but overall the item was worth it due to the discounted price. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong colour. I tried phoning the store, live chat and fb messenger to contact the company but I've had no response back from them. Luckily my son decided he liked the pink”

“I ordered the item and was told it would take 2-3 weeks as it was on back order. I said I would wait. However, more than 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything and only after I emailed to enquire about the item was I told it would be shipped to me. If I hadn't emailed it would probably not reach me. I didn't feel I was being priotized.”

“My order was ignored for 5 weeks. Following an email and then a phone call it finally arrived. I'm sorry to say the customer service is very poor. The money was removed from my account the day after I ordered it and then the order was ignored until I reminded them twice! I'm a regular Amazon customer but I would not use this company again. Maybe I was just unlucky.”

“We ordered our Quinny buzz on 9th Nov and we were told it would be delivered within 10 days. We then received a phone call (15th Nov) asking for confirmation of delivery address and were told the pram would be delivered within a few days. On the day of delivery (30th Nov), we received a phone call from Pram Centre saying that the pram which had been dispatched was the incorrect colour and our pram would need to be reordered (by them). It is now 1st Dec and we are still waiting for our pram that we ordered almost a month ago, with no date for delivery. To say we are disappointed is an understatement!”

“I am really happy with my recent purchase of the VIB Tiger Sps Isofix car seat. It arrived exceptionally quickly to a rural area and in excellent condition. It is really well padded feels solidly made, components are secure and it was easy to attach to my vehicle seat. It is for a long and solid 2 year old however other older children have also used it including a tall 10 year old and said how comfy it is! It can be used also in cars without Isofix using a 3 point seat belt. Ordering more seats, Pram centre is never disappointing in products or service. Highly recommend.”

“Purchased the VIB Leon Crib from Pramcentre and would highly recommend them for quality and price of item and speed of delivery. The crib is beautiful quality and although we have not assembled it yet the instructions and diagrams are clear and seem easy to follow. We saw similar cribs from other companies which were treble the price of this one. Thank you Pramcentre.”
