Just awful service. Ordered a product that said in stock, only to wait 3 weeks before contacting to be told they were waiting for it to come in stock. I then moved house (because who expects an order to take over a month) and then when i enquired half way through week four since ordering it turns out my stuff arrived ages ago, and was just sitting in the warehouse. But they couldn;t change my delivery address, so I had to cancel. Which they didn;t end up doing and I got a dispatch notification, which I hastily called about to see what was going on (as I had now left my old address and had no access to it), and turned out they had never actually cancelled the order. Add to this that every time you phone up expect to wait at least half an hour before someone answers. After I cancelled my order I ordered the same stuff from Amazon which arrived next day - no wonder Amazon is taking business away from smaller retailers - they do it right. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE - you have a baby on the way, don't add stress to it by shopping here.

We ordered an In stock item on the website after a month and us chasing the wrong one arrived with pramcentre who tell us it will be another 2 weeks before delivery.. won't hold my breath extremely unhappy and would not recommend

The delivery took ages then I was sent the wrong item, bits missing Cannot get through constantly on hold and no reply to emails Terrible customer service

It has been 3 weeks that I have not received an ergo 360 carrier. Here is my last email to the owner this morning. Worst service I have experience yet from Keith Stark and his team. I have opened a case with Paypal and am considering logging a claim with the small claims court. Furthermore - can someone explain to me why this firm is listed as "dormant" on Companies House? Are they paying their taxes? Keith, Thanks for your return. I have not been sent a shipment notice or a tracking number yet. You equally mentioned in your email dated 29/11/16: "We do have the carrier in stock and are now in a position to dispatch today for delivery tomorrow " I have not received the item neither. I would rather have all communication in writing since this transaction is being disputed. To sum things up as of now: 1) I have not received the item ordered several weeks ago 2) I have not received a refund 3) I have not received a proof of delivery or a tracking number I hope we can reach a solution immediately to end this time-wasting exercise. I am protected by Paypal as you know - the question is how much more of my time you want to waste really....

My order was sent to the wrong address i had ordered items in quite big boxes then had to try and squeeze a baby another child and two big boxes into a small car after waiting in all day for a delivery!

Good customer service and great at answering any questions as quickly as possible. I have just sent an email asking about my delivery. I ordered three items and the crib arrived this morning and the other items didn't. Wasn't to sure if maybe they would arrive seperate? If so maybe you should state that some items may arrive seperate. ???? Overall 10/10

The website clearly stated all the items I ordered were in stock, which was important as we needed the buggy in time for our new baby. A week after I placed the order I still hadn't heard anything so I chased it up only to be told that nothing was in stock and the mis-information was blamed on the new website. I was then told it would be 2-3 weeks to which I replied if this was the case I'd cancel the order I was then told it would be 10 days so I decided to wait. 10 days passed with no delivery so I contacted customer services again. Only to be told they did have the pushchair but not the second seat or raincover. I then suggested they send out the pushchair as this was the most important part and at least we'd have something for our baby. This was delivered but without the carrycot, I hadn't been told that this wasn't in stock the email only mentioned the second seat and cover. So we had a buggy but still couldn't use it with a newborn. Over a month later we eventually received the second seat and carrycot but still no raincover and no idea of delivery date. To add insult to injury the whole time I was waiting for these items they were all showing in-stock on the website! Each and every time I had to contact Customer Services to tell them something was missing instead of being told before and sent an a apology or explanation. I even received an automated email thanking me for my order and asking me to write this review but no mention of the missing item until I contacted customer services. Your customer service is terrible, it isn't that hard to keep your customers correctly updated on their orders added to that is the fact that your website clearly doesn't show accurate information and you are blatantly unable to fulfil your delivery promise. I now know I couldn't have received the items quicker but if you had been more proactive you could have saved me a lot of wasted time and effort chasing and if I had been made aware upfront you didn't have any of these items I would have definitely gone else where.

After some confusion over my order on the website I emailed Keith who was extremely helpful and secured my order for me I was extremely grateful as the item seems to be sold out everywhere . It arrived very quickly Nd I more than happy sith the service I would recommend you to snyone

Unfortunately, the ordering system has recently changed which means that my item will be delivered with a lot of delay (21 days later). The company responded quickly to all my emails and updated me on the delivery status of my item.

The fact you have sent me a review request when I still haven't received the item says it all really. Paid almost £70 for an item on 29/10/16 and was told max 2 weeks delivery. A month later I'm still waiting. Baby's now 2weeks old!! Every time I try to call the pramcentre I wait for on average 30 mins if I get to speak with anyone at all. Without doubt you are the worst company I have ever purchased from and I will never use you again.

Absolutely terrible online buying experience told item was not in stock after I paid when item arrive 2 weeks late it's was the wrong one and it was damaged

DO NOT USE I have only gave 1 star because i had to so I could write a review otherwise it would have been zero stars. I placed an order for a maxi cosi foot muff to find out it wasn't in stock so I arranged through emails for another colour that they did have in stock, 2 weeks later I still didn't receive this item so I contacted again ( they took days to reply to me ) only to find out they also didn't have this colour in stock after telling me they did?! I demanded a refund and said I didn't want to wait for it to come in stock after being messed about. I still have not received this refund 3 weeks later and not getting any reply to my emails. Awful service, extremely unorganised and liars. Do not use this company

The most awful shopping experience. Placed on line order and never heard a thing! After 1 week I spent hours and hours - about 6 hours in total on hold. Only to find they had neither of the car seats in stock. They had £300 of my money! Long and short of it is that these guys are totally untrustworthy and liars. Please pay a little extra and shop elsewhere. It took me 3 weeks and a mountain of hassle to receive my 2 car seats that I was told at the time of placing my order were in stock! Dreadful
