Hi Abigail, I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. Unfortunately as our website allows for pre orders, products will always be available to buy even when no in stock as they are purchased on a pre order basis.The item itself doesn't actually show as in stock on the website unless there is a quantity of the stock amount showing against it. Please see section 3 of our T's & C's below to be fully advised of how our order process works: 3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisers. We will call regarding stock availability if the items is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for youself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. You will then have to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. Gift vouchers and credit notes not accepted. “Not a great start, as our product showed that it was in stock when we ordered it but the next day I received a call to say it was out of stock and would take up to 2 weeks to be received in the depot and then a further 3 days to reach me. I have not received the product as yet, so can not comment further. However its not a great start to the experience,”

“i purchased a rocking horse for my grandaughter for christmas as the price could not be beaten elswhere within 3 days of purchasing i received two texts to advise me of delivery and was delivered on the fourth day i am extremely pleased with the quality of the item and will be recommending to friends and family amazing service”

“Although the team are very helpful, the stroller itself is no true reflection on its picture! Ordered a black reflex stroller to receive a black & grey stroller. No true reflection of photo at all.”

“I ordered a stroller outside UK with international delivery (to the nordic coutries). It took about a week and the product was on my door. Everything worked fine for me, and even better if i had ordered it from local store (or local webshop). Great job!”

“Great delivery, arrived day after I ordered, was expecting 3-5 days. Was disappointed in the item though, wasn't the car seat cosy toes I ordered, was a gift so didn't bother exchanging. Not a fan of the Pram Centre, was extremely disappointed with the level of service, or lack of service, when I visited the shop 2 years ago.”

Hi, Craig. Thank you for taking the time to review us. My sincerest apologies that you feel we have let you down at this time. I would like to apologise that you had received a footmuff which was not the one that you had originally ordered, it looks as though this has been a "picking" error with the warehouse and the wrong footmuff had been loaded on to the van, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to you. Please know that if you had contacted our store regarding this, we would have been more than willing to rectify this issue for you in the first instance, we would not wish our customers to keep an item which they did not order if there was a chance of arranging a swap over for the item initially wanted. In regards to the Service you experienced on the Shop Floor when you visited our store 2 years ago, I am incredibly sorry that we did not provide you with a positive customer service experience at the time, this is in no way acceptable and for this I do apologise. When a customer comes to our store, our Sales Assistants are all trained in ways in which they should know the products and be aware of the levels of Customer Service expected of them, my sincerest apologies once again that this level may not have been met on your visit to our store. “What can I say.. I generally can not recommend the customer service team enough. Louisa was the lovely lady that help me on the day and I can honestly say she was the most professional and helpful individual that I have ever come across. I had a price match query that she quickly verified and honored and even informed me of potentially per-order date issues can could co inside with our due date. Lucky this wasn't issue for me but its still nice to know someones looking out for you. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and it is a good feeling knowing that this level of support is there if you need it. “Wow, what can I say? That really was the best service I have experienced. I ordered at 1230 on the Friday and received the pushchair by 1230 the very next. It was the cheapest price on the Internet and delivery was free. Thank you once again for a first class service.”
