“Very happy with the joie nitro. Very good value for money compared to others models on the market for £50. Never sure about ordering products from online retailers... This company were fantastic- quick dispatch and great prices!”

“The pink rocking horse I purchased is lovely and an absolute bargain that I've bought as a Christmas present for my niece. It's fantastic quality and I highly recommend the sellers. Delivery was fast but I wouldn't recommend the courier firm used. My box arrived with a massive hole and torn to pieces. They thought it was ok to cover it in practically a whole roll of tape to " hide "the damage. Just because the tape had ( resealed by interlink with care) doesn't mean it was. All i can say is thank god they make really big gift bags because there is no way I could give my niece this in the original box .”

“Brought this for my grandaughter , could not be lieve the sale price , also was very surprised how cheap postage was, i purchased this thursday morning and was delivered on the next day , great communication from the seller , they gave the day and expected time of delivery and they were bang on with when they said , well pleased with the item , well recommend this company , would certainly use this firm again , 10 out of 10 , could not get any better .”

“Product ( from limited use) seems well made and was delivered to schedule. A high level of pre-purchase product information was provided via telephone support which aided choice of purchase and gave me confidence in Pram Centre. However, there is no supporting documentation with the product or paper receipt. The receipt in is an email format not compatible with the Maxi Cosi site ( you have to upload a copy to register) which makes registration a pain and you search for product numbers etc. (still a bit baffled!) It would be useful if the paperwork supplied contained the information needed to activate the manufacturer's warranty and made this process easier for the customer.”

“When trying to contact by phone your put in a queue for 10-15 mins every time before getting cut off...They don't answer emails...had 1 nice lady that sorted the delivery out a week after order & payment...when received marks in carrycot but yet again can get no response via telephone or email”

“When ordering in line I want of my items to save on P&P , but it wouldn't allow me to do, which was a pain, so tried ringing several times pressed number options but never got put through to a person to c if I could 2 , so you be delivered quickly pleased with that, however box looked as though it had been open & quite battered.”
