“Came across pramcentre when comparing prices. Offered at the best price so went ahead. Easy to use website with PayPal as a payment option. Checkout as a new customer only took a couple of seconds, which is great when you have a baby to entertain! Ordered with easy. Then received a call the next day to say the item was not in stock but would be with me in 3 weeks, and the item would be send next day once in stock. Very friendly and informative staff member, who was apologetic and polite. Continued with order as happy and now awaiting item. Defiantly would recommended and use again based on my experience so far. Well done pramcentre!”

“Very happy with the product, the delivery service was quick and efficient. Product was easy to assemble, instructions very easy to read and looks fab! Great addition to our nursery, the draws are deep and great for storage, changing bumpers great and can be removed easily for when we want it as a chest of drawers. Very happy indeed!”

“Spent just short of 500 pounds for a pram and it stated 2-3 day delivery and in stock. 3 hours after purchase once the payment had been taken they call and say three week delivery and if I was to be refunded it might take a week to get my payment back. Won't buy here again I am afraid”
