“Ordered online expecting to wait 5-7days for delivery but delivery was 2 days. Excellent delivery service. The baby walker was great grandson loves it, and it was really cheap, was willing to pay a lot more for the same thing at another baby store. Thank you excellent service and excellent delivery.”

“I'd been trying to find a pram to fit in my tiny car boot and the measurements of this one seemed to be good. The pram was great, easy to put up and down, plenty of room for my daughter when she gets older. Can lie flat back and has a good sized hood. Most importantly it fits perfectly into the boot of a Kia Picanto! Really pleased with my choice of pram.”

“Was very hesitant with ordering from here as it was my first ever purchase from them but I am very pleased to say I do not regret it my pushchair is wonderful and at such a great price and cannot believe how fast delivery was and free just wonderful just what I needed as my little boy was put growing he's travel system so needed a pushchair fast will be recommending this site to everyone Thank you”

“I would recommend this company to all mummies and daddies. It has outstanding communication skills, sending direct text messages informing me of the date of my delivery, and then a text on the day informing me of the name of delivery driver and the hour slot that it will get delivered, which is perfect for us busy parents!! And as for value for money... Incredibly fair priced, and plenty of bargains to be had!! All round brilliant company, especially for it being a family run business!! I will definitely be shopping with you again!!”

“It was easy to find the item I wanted on the website but no information was provided regarding delivery time. Paying via PayPal, the payment paghe told me that I would be able to review the order before it was final after pressing "continue". This was not the case. Pressing continue completed the transaction and I had purchased the item, still without knowing when it would be delivered. I received an email confirming my order but no information at all regarding delivery. Two days later I called the Pram Centre, who confirmed that the item was out for delivery but I don't know why the website or emails could not have told me this. Overall, I'm happy with the service but delivery forecast is extremely important.”

“Ordered a rocking horse... fantastic product and price, with delivery next day. Only down side was a part which was missing from the box - small wooden strap. I Tried on and off for literally 3 hours to get through to customer services, and was on hold in a queue each time. Proceeded to leave a voicemail message and also made contact via the "chat" option online, but didn't recieve a response from either. We ended up adding our own small strap of wood to assemble the rocking horse properly. To date, I've still not had a reply... Customer service team needs to up its game. If we weren't able to fix the problem ourselves, we'd be left with a defective, unusable product.”

“I ordered extension handles for my Micralite Toro, very pleased with them! I am tall and these help immensely with my posture. They will give lots more room for a buggy board to be fitted and allow walking space. Delivery was very speedy and well packaged.”

“Shocking customer service. Charged me for the item without dispatching it. I had to chase them to find out what was happening to be told it was out of stock and not expected for a further 2 weeks. No reply to my following emails; so requested full refund and cancellation. Again, to no reply. Very disappointing.”
