“Item is great fun for my son, he loves using it on a daily basis, and is such amazing value for money. Also I cannot praise the communication of this website enough, it sent me a text informing me of the date my parcel should arrive, and also the name of the delivery driver and the hour slot of delivery on the day. Definitely recommend this website to all mummies and daddies, it's amazing value for money, and great quality, and perfect communication :-)”

“Despite getting off to a rocky start (waiting on the phone for over 40 mins and hung up in the end) Pramcenter responded to my email promptly and confirmed receipt and once a refund had been processed. They were also very understanding and didn't even quibble re refunding my order.”

“Waste of time. When I had made a point of stating more than once that the items I wanted were discontinued at other stores I was reassured they could order them and when it came to pay only then was I told that like I'd suspected they couldn't get a hold of them. Also the customer serivces number does not work and is unrecognised and th pram that is no longer available including the colour that is discontinued is still showing as having 6 in stock in the website.”

“Very happy with this order, although possibly quite lucky as well! We bought an Uppababy Vista pram and Maxi Cosi carseat online, as part of a package deal. (was cheaper than just buying the pram on it's own). I'd read a lot of other reviews and fully expected a waiting time of a few weeks for the pram, seems to be a common supplier issue with many shops. As it turns out, received a call a few hours after placing my order online to say that unfortunately there was a waiting time of a few weeks - but then received another call about 10 minutes later to say that actually they were mistaken, and my order had shipped, to be delivered next day! (even the shop sounded surprised!) So no complaints from me about speed of service, but we could just have been lucky with this one! Package contents were all as expected, perfect condition, nothing missing. Overall I'd be happy to recommend Pramcentre.”

“Worst service I've experienced, I went to order some car seat adaptors and I put all my payment details in and confirmed my order, all went through fine and the £21 was taken from my bank account but I hadn't received a confirmation email so I phoned them and they said my card had been rejected because it wasn't 3d secure even though they had taken the £21 out of my account, they have said the money is due to go back into my account but I am yet to receive it!! I question if my card had been rejected how did they manage to take money from my account and why didn't I receive an email and why haven't I been refunded, do not buy from this website!!!!!!”

Hi there,Thank you for taking the time to review ourselves.I understand you concerns, I am extremely sorry that you have not received the best experience when ordering from our site. Unfortunately we you order from our site your card must be 3D secure, this is a small password that you provide at the very end of the payment, this is due to our security levels being increased to protect both yourself and our self as a company against fraudulent activity. When your order was placed your bank authorised the payment and released them from your account however as your card was not 3D secure our bank rejected the payment. Your funds never reached our account and were pending to be returned to your account Via your bank this can take 3-5 working days to be processed by your bank ( this time scale depends on who you bank with ). if you have a PayPal account you are able to complete the order without having a 3D secure card. I am extremely sorry again for any inconvenience caused by this. “Very good service from the time I ordered online. Payment taken and confirmed immediately. Delivery was organised within 1 hour and goods delivered to me, 90 miles from Glasgow, the following day. Goods left in shed outside and the driver locked up everything then sent a text to say all completed. Lots of contact by text to advise time of delivery, delivery options etc even down to the name of the driver! As a General Store Manager of a major retail store I was hugely impressed by the overall experience and would not hesitate to recommend this store.........by the way my daughter was delighted with the pram and we re now awaiting the baby arriving soon. Thanks for everything.”
