Placed an order yesterday with Netherlands Express Delivery for €21. This indicated that it would be delivered 30-12 no later than 31-12. I just got an email that my package will not be delivered until Monday 03-01! I immediately called DHL if I could possibly pick it up somewhere and they indicated that the package is still in the UK! What a scammers. Ask the main price for next day delivery and can't fulfill anything!

I ordered from hungary, my order is 3 weeks late, and I had to pick it up in the post office (not delivering even I paid for it) and I had to paid HALF PRICE of the total what I ordered just for the customs.

Contacted customer service they told me ITS NORMAL (how is it normal to send clothes with stains and lose threads hanging everywhere) you would expect your clothes to come in looking new especially for the price they make you pay.

Placed an order expecting delivery by a certain date. Order did not arrive by promised date. Dealing with customer service has been a complete waste of time. From returning the item to getting a refund. It's been going on for 3 months. They're all incompetant monkies.

All the merchants send an email to confirm returns and refunds, why doesn't this company do the same? Their ridiculous support say different things every time and they don't reply exactly to what you are asking them.

DO NOT SHOP from them! DO NOT SHOP from them!! Absolutely thieves!! I’m still chasing them for my refunds and it’s taking months! There is no phone number customer service is the worst ever it’s just a nightmare to get my refund. Honestly will never gonna shop with them again!!!

Would give this no stars if possible. I received my order which was missing one item. Have contacted customer service who said they would review this on CCTV. They have since came back saying that they have reviewed CCTV and it was packed. Basically calling me a liar. Also have said they will not reissue the order or give refund. Never experienced anything like this in my life!! Awful company! Never order from then again

If I could give it no stars I would, tried to place an order and it failed but money was still taken from my account, emailed customer service straight away and I’m still waiting for an answer on what happened from them.I haven’t received a refund and it’s been nearly 5 weeks, customer service is not helpful at all and giving me excuse after excuse telling me to wait another 8 business days now for an update about my refund , would not advise to order from this company absolutely disgraceful 5 weeks and still no refund, I’ve sent about 30 emails with no satisfaction
