“The product looked like a reject was used. The engraved wood surround was chipped along one edge, and part of the veneer on one corner was a different colour. Very disappointed to have to use this as a special present for my son, but no time to get a replacement. I will never be tempted to use this company again.”

“there was a great selection of unique gifts to choose from, which is helpful to browse through when you dont know what to get someone. the customer service was fantastic; i realised that i had put the wrong address on my order and i called the customer service number straightaway to correct this. i was thrilled that somebody picked up straightaway and spoke to me in a kind and friendly manner- it made a welcome change to speak to an actual human rather than all the automated switchboards that you usually get, and endless email exchanges! the order arrived very swiftly and the recipient was very pleased, so i am super happy. thanks Prezzybox, God bless you!”
