“Very good experience with prezzy box. My change of address request was answered extremely quickly. Only comment would be to ensure address input on the order placement page is clearer to avoid in future because PayPal overrode my delivery input.”

“I haven’t received it yet and no tracking on delivery. It’s a secret Santa gift which is personalised so I will have to buy something else and the item will be a worthless waste of £33 to me.”
