“The only reason I didn't click on very good is that my parcel arrived undone. exposing the item inside. It had only been sealed with sellotape”

“First part of my order was here really quickly, great! Second parts still not arrived. Which is fine as it’s personalised but having a little confirmation when the first one gets sent ought to say you are still working on my second one would be amazing.”

“My order was delivered quickly with no delays or problems. Hower it was posted throwntye letter box despite having on it "fragile, handlenwity care" thankfully nothing was broken.”

“Very straightforward process but I’d prefer an option to gift box the presents that were sent directly to the recipient. Delivery was spot on and very easy to order, just disappointing that they arrive in a card box box rather than like a present!”

“The website was a bit tricky to work like filtering and finding everything I wanted, but when I go the hang of it and went on the website a few times it was great. Good selection on valentines gifts I found what I wanted, I would definitely shop here again.”

“Prezzybox itself was good.But the item purchased was not as good as in the photo. The personalised wood cube was as little rough and needs me to sand smooth and apply some sealer.”
