“the items were perfectly acceptable but, sadly, the choice of Herpes as courier ruined the whole experience. Herpes didnt bother knocking or ringing, the box was simply left outside - in torrential rain. I shan’t use your company again, unless you review your choice of courier. Herpes are the pits.”
