“I ordered a personalised pizza, total cost £20. It arrived a day later than expected, but better late than never! However, for the second time of ordering this item - no personalised message enclosed! I can hardly believe this has happened yet again - infuriating! I attempted to contact your help line without success!.... I certainly won’t be ordering a third time and since it is not a ‘personalised’ pizza, l believe a partial refund is in order!”

“Really quick and efficient. I used prezzybox for a present, i didn’t see a place where I could say who the gift was from so had to let them know “if you get a small box it’s from me” which was a shame. Maybe I missed something. But overall very good.”
