“Good product, good service. Please however reconsider using Hermes as your courier / delivery service. Didn’t realise you use Hermes and now I know, I probably won’t order from you again.”

At Prezzybox, we have a huge range of products that come from a huge range of suppliers, who all use different couriers/Royal mail. This means that some will use Hermes as they're the one of the largest courier services in the UK. We aim to, where possible, include as many delivery options in the checkout as possible to give our customers choice over who delivers their order. “I had to enter my card details three times before they were accepted which wasn’t reassuring but otherwise nice site and products.”
