“The order was easy to place and arrived quickly. Unlike a well known online retailer, the packaging was a reasonable size for the items despatched. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was a very long piece of hair was contained on a 'snuggle' item I had ordered, which was quite off-putting. Other than that very happy with the process.”

“I mean.. originally had some issues with the courier which shouldn’t be a reflection of prezzybox, when I contacted I received great customer service and a replacement ordered and received the order the following week! Customer service amazing every time I contacted and polite staff. Would defo order again (but may need the option not to use the courier service you do)”

Here at Prezzybox, we look to include as many delivery options as possible so we can give the customer the option to choose whichever courier works best for them. “Originally there was an issue with the courier which shouldn’t be a reflection of prezzybox as when I contacted them (on a Saturday too!), I received a replacement the following week. Customer service was great and extremely helpful, polite and understanding of the issue! It’s a secret Santa gift so haven’t tried it out but it looks amazing.”

“Really quick delivery. Nice product, personalized Draper hammer. Writing was upside down for the way you hold the hammer but nevertheless very happy.”

“Nice items, quick delivery. One item got water damaged due to a hole in the box - but this was probably through RM not prezzybox. Would use again. Only thing to note a little on the pricey side - but unusual nice items”
