Made my choices as presents for my daughter-in-law whose birthday was on 1st June 2019. I paid an extra £5.99 for delivery on the 1st June - the gifts were not delivered until the 4th June. Will be taking this up the Company tomorrow and will never use them again.

The products seem to be good although can’t really comment until delivered. However deliver takes a very long. I’m very disappointed I didn’t know this until I had paid.

Very disappointed. I tried to use my £10 voucher to purchase a couple of gifts and was unable to load it. Doubt if il bother again.

Although it was easy to purchase on the website. I was entering text for a personalised product and when I clicked on preview it didn't show me my message. Not sure if it's suppose to or not but a bit misleading

The delivery said 1 to 2 days but the delivery estimate is Tuesday or Wednesday when I've ordered it on Saturday afternoon and the delivery is £4 for the cheapest option. The vouchers I have obtained are not compatible with each other so two of them are useless and in the end, I only end up saving£1 off the asking price due to delivery fee.

Hey there As your order was placed on a Saturday, your order was not fulfilled until the next working day which is Monday, so it was packed etc on Monday for then 1-2 days delivery time. As you said unfortunately so, only one voucher can be used per order, this covers the whole of the order including delivery. So you have saved some money as you would have still have had to pay for the delivery if the £5 was taken off of the item, hope this makes sense. It is an extremly small box, so dispointed. Not worth of money. Not recommend to buy and they even charge delivery fee.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the dimensions were not listed on the website for this item, although please remember that this is only an item worth £4.99. I'm afraid the delivery fee is standard on all orders to cover the cost of couriers, as is the same with most online sites, some will offer free delivery for orders if the customer has spent over a certain amount. The £5 voucher you won covers £5 off of the whole order including delivery, but as your item was £5 this meant that there was only delivery left to pay. Unfortunately we could not offer free delivery in this instance, as we do not have any current offers for this. Again we are sorry you are disappointed and hope you can understand our reasoning, and hope you do indeed choose to shop with us in the future. Best wishes!

I was under the impression ‘next day delivery’ meant the parcel would be delivered the following day but after I’d placed my order it said expected delivery time would be Monday 06 May even though I’ve placed my order on the 3rd

I didn't see an option of a 'gift message' therefore my niece will have no idea that it is from me. I asked if this could be added after I had placed the order but this was refused :(

I hadn’t been asked for the delivery details but clicked pay with PayPal, not realising that they would take the payment address as delivery and before I knew it it was done. Clicked on the ‘change delivery address’ on the email and on the website but just goes round in circles to the contact page, and the office is closed over the weekend so now the ‘last min gift’ is coming to me instead of down south.. not a good experience. Don’t think I’ll bother next time and just send flowers and a card.
