“Good choice of gifts at reasonable prices. Made a boo-boo on my order and making contact to rectify it was tricky as there's no non-UK phone number, but it did get sorted once I managed to get through on Facebook messenger!”

“I was happy with the fast delivery however I saw exactly the same product in my local shop for £4.99 this made me extremely disappointed in the site as I thought I was getting a good deal! Rather I was ripped off”

“Ordered a driving experience about 10 days before Christmas for our daughters 21st birthday which happens to fall on Christmas Day. Hadn't received it within 4 days so panicked and telephoned the Prezzybox Customer Services. I spoke to a very helpful lady called Connie who reassured me and sent me a voucher almost immediately via email and followed this up with receiving the postal voucher the day after. Excellent customer services - thank you Connie.”
