“Order got cancelled because you can’t deliver to Northern Ireland due to brexit. You should really put this on the website before I wasted time going through the order process”

“The items (egg cup & spoon) were as expected but the piece of cloth used in the packaging was cut appallingly so I had to discard that, just leaving me with the plastic packaging. The plastic packaging also had an additional slot, which to the gift receiver will look like i’ve taken something out of the gift. Something like this is supposed to feel like a special gift but instead it’s just ‘ok’”
