“Ordering and delivery were fine. While the item appears to be of excellent quality it is, unfortunately, far too small for my wife's size 7 feet so will have to be returned for a refund.”

“I say acceptable because the product is good but I was lucky to receive the product. The label gave my name, number of my house with no street or village. Just No. 33 Barnstaple. Luckily for me my local postal staff or somebody recognised my name, and the street and local area were written on to the label.”
