“Sent a -Well Done- box of chocolates with stars to my daughter in a Grade 1 building in central London. The size fits through the Mail flap and it arrived intact. The 20 words is sufficient to personalize the gift and there’s enough to hand around. Good price and service! Thanks!”

“The service could be improved by offering a dated delivery. I sent a present to a colleague which arrived a week early as you ship it out as soon as you receive the order. i was unable to delay placing the order so the present arrived early. - Better than late of course But …..”

“Nice item and quick delivery. The bottles had leaked slightly, leaving them sticky and damaging the cardboard tube. However, this was resolved by customer service team. Excellent service.”

“Such a great site for choice with some novel and unusual gifts. Flowers in particular are stunning and any thing I’ve sent so far has thrilled the recipients and arrived on time. Good communication with regular email updates etc. My go to place for presents now.”

“An easy to use website with lots of fun things to choose from. Very prompt delivery of my ordered item by your designated courier. They let me know that they had the item but didn't advise the day it was to be delivered. Luckily I was in and he is a friendly courier. Not used the item as it is to be a birthday present for my brother who will love it.”
