“Excellent company, had never ordered from them before so was a bit cautious. Order was fulfilled quickly and shipped; within a couple days it was at my door (which was important as this was a Christmas gift!) Will be ordering from PRFO again.”

“I got an email to write on a review on my order. Well, to date, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered it a pair of boots over a month ago. It was shipped right before the Canada post strike so my order was in limbo. I called PRFO to see what could be done and they said they couldn’t do anything because it was already shipped with Canada post. Fast forward 3 weeks later I received a call/VM from someone at PRFO that my order will now be shipped via Purolator. A week after that, still no order so I emailed them a few days ago and still haven’t heard back, only an automated email that my order is now being shipped by another courier. I ordered my boots (and paid for them) 5 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them. Terrible service, won’t be ordering from here again.”
