“I am very happy with my order. Your customer service is top notch. It is very easy to get though on the phone. And you actually get to talk with a person. It isn’t frustrating. It was a relief and I was put at ease about my order being delayed from your staff about the mail strike. They cared and were doing their best and I appreciated it too. 10 out of 10 for your awesome customer service mainly”

“I bought the evo backpack stage 6 from them and it’s exactly what I wanted. Ordering from PRFO sports was super easy, and unfortunately I ordered around the time of the Canada post strike but the customer service reached out to me indicating me that they will get it to me with a different shipper. Overall very happy with ordering from them will definitely buy from them again.”

“Hi there! I’d love to leave a 5 star review but I tried to email you regarding my order and shipping and I never heard back. My order has been stuck at Canada post for a month now. The shoes I ordered is the only item on my daughter’s Xmas list and now we won’t even receive them on time. I really had hope you used a different courier at the time. What upsets me more is you avoiding my email and phone calls won’t go through to you. I really hope we see our order soon. Eva Forrest”

“I ordered some boots for a long trip I'm going on in the next few days. I placed my order two days before Canada Post’s strike, so my parcel is stuck somewhere. I contacted PRFO to check if they could have any other solution like sending me another pair with shipping cost to me to then return the ones that didn't make it on time, but their only answer was: “It’s not our fault, you need to wait”. Not a single alternative option, plan B or willingness to help. I know Canada Post’s strike is completely out of their control, but the way you react, and solve problems is what makes you different and you failed.”
