“I ordered some Yeti great and the prices were amazing. Part of the order shipped right away and delivery was fast even though delivery times for most things have been delayed because of the recent pandemic. One of the items was back ordered. I sent an inquiry to see how long it would be and got a prompt response. The agent assured me that my order would be fulfilled in the next week, which it was.”

“The service was reliable and quick. I had to return another product and their procedure was smooth. Thank you! Regarding the boots review, they are made. Good for few days over night hiking I think. If you have high arch in your foot, you might need to get extra arch support ( which I used). I am quite happy about the shoes.”

“This was my first time dealing with PRFO. The package came quickly, all the way to BC. The website could be a little confusing, as individual shoes of the same colour were listed separately, so it took several visits to notice that the shoes I wanted were actually still available in my size but different colour.”

“We ordered 2 Topeak aero wedge packs. 1 medium and 1 small showed up at our door. When we called to tell you of the problem, you sent us another medium and told us to keep the small for our troubles. We were pleased with the way you handled your mistake.”
