“You are a great local store that carries brand names. I just wish you had more newly released items and I was able to order through your store to test them before buying. I could not find the shoes I wanted in my size or almost anything that I liked. My suggestion is to take more frequent inventory and order them. And the ability to order something pick up at your store after testing the fit and the size. Thank you”

“My first purchase was very positive so attempted another purchase with a negative outcome. I put two sale items that qualified for free shipping so elected to use my points but when attempted payment was denied free shipping so decided to cancel the order”

“They were slow to process my online order for a car bike carrier (not shipped after 7 days). I contacted them and they said they were backed up and further were going to be updating their order system which would mean a further delay. I expressed some frustration with this, needing the item for an upcoming trip. They resolved the situation by shipping my item via FedEx (vs Canada Post) at their cost and I was able to receive it in time for my trip.”

“I needed to purchase a derailleur hanger for a 2020 Norco Fluid HT+ 4.3. Once I obtained the part number from another source (PRFO's connection to Norco wasn't very hepfull), the shop called me back that they were able to find one for me. Much appreciated.”

“Very competitive prices. Fast shipping. Things are well packaged. However, the taxes arent correct - I live in BC and the tax here for children clothing is 5%, but the company charged 12 or 13%, Quebec’s tax rate instead (where the company is based in).”
