“They were slow to process my online order for a car bike carrier (not shipped after 7 days). I contacted them and they said they were backed up and further were going to be updating their order system which would mean a further delay. I expressed some frustration with this, needing the item for an upcoming trip. They resolved the situation by shipping my item via FedEx (vs Canada Post) at their cost and I was able to receive it in time for my trip.”

“I needed to purchase a derailleur hanger for a 2020 Norco Fluid HT+ 4.3. Once I obtained the part number from another source (PRFO's connection to Norco wasn't very hepfull), the shop called me back that they were able to find one for me. Much appreciated.”

“Very competitive prices. Fast shipping. Things are well packaged. However, the taxes arent correct - I live in BC and the tax here for children clothing is 5%, but the company charged 12 or 13%, Quebec’s tax rate instead (where the company is based in).”

“The item ordered was well packaged. I have deducted 1/2 star because my credit card was charged immediately upon placing order even though the item did not ship for a week. ( the other 1/2 deduction)”

“Fast shipping, and got my order. Really only issue which is pretty minor is it looked like the bike pedals may have been used, as they were out of their packaging and had a few scuffs.”

“Responsive customer service that was able to answer my questions. Ordered a bike and it clearly stated that bicycles had to be picked up from the store (no shipping available). However, once the bike was ordered, it did appear based on the language and statements in the confirmations that the bike was going to be delivered. I think this might be something that needs to be setup properly on the Shopify platform.”
