I'm very sorry to hear you needed to wait an extra couple of days for your delivery.
We advertise next day delivery and almost all customers do get their package delivered on the specified date.
Unfortunately as it's close to Christmas we may have been let down by our courier.

“Early days yet as I have not received goods or notification. Web site said I would be contacted within 2 days but this changes to 5 working days after paying the money.”
