“Initially, I struggled to find a suitable trader to follow on PrimeXBT's copy trading platform. However, after reaching out to their customer support team, I received valuable advice on how to choose a successful trader based on their trading history and overall profitability. This was something I hadn't considered before, and it helped me to achieve better results with copy trading. Despite the initial setback, I now find the copy trading module on PrimeXBT to be efficient and effective.”

This platform is great in terms of the selection of advanced trading strategies and the ways to customize the platform in order to copy trades conveniently. The percentage of profits from successful deals – 70% – is also higher than on average copy trading platforms.”

“They take a long time to resolve cases... I trust the company as a trading platform... but the help from the support center was delivered not quite quickly... This is the only aspect of primexbt I would like to improve as an active trader”

“I feel very comfortable with PrimeXBT but they should improve in passing the calls to the language that a client requests. In my case I have made calls and it has taken too long to contact someone who speaks Spanish, up to 45 minutes”

“It is now 2 years since I opened an account and started using PrimeXBT services. And PrimeXBT was the third or fourth broker that I used, so I have references to be able to say that it is a good broker. I have never had surprises and they have always adjusted to what was contracted. I am a long-term investor, and what I would highlight about PrimeXBT is that they do not charge me for maintenance. Trading fees are quite acceptable.”
