“Very quick delivery and good results from cartridges”

“I have found that all the cartridges supplied fit my printer, and there is no problem in loading them. However, I print mainly in black, and I find that the coloured cartridges seem to reduce in their ink capacity, regardless of whether I am using coloured printing or not. Why does this happen? Coloured cartridges do not seem to last very long, regardless of whether I am using them or not.”

“The claim that the print cartridge "comes with a fully integrated chip unlike many other cheaper alternatives" is misleading, the chip is not fully integrated because it isn't able to monitor the ink levels. The fact that it doesn't monitor ink levels makes it the same as most other cheaper alternatives.”

“Always good service even if order is not necessarily despatched in one parcel. The only one complaint I have is that I live in Ireland so can only place an order when I foresee a trip to see family in UK and can have an order shipped there for my collection.”
