“I have used you for some time but have stopped since my last experience. I refer to your invoice PB160310-LV91848 which was dated 10-03-2016 and I received a 'despatched' email accordingly. As your packets routinely do not pass through my letter box I wasted much time on many days waiting for delivery. The goods did not arrive until 22 March. That is unacceptable and reduces your value to me. If there were problems in delivery at your end I would have expected notification. I do not believe it will be a fault with Royal Mail who make final delivery to me Your comments please K Cross”

I am sorry to hear that it took so long for Royal Mail to deliver the order to you. Your order was placed with us on 10th March 2016 and dispatched the very same day to you. Deliveries are usually received within 2-4 working days, however it has been known for Royal Mail to deliver up to 7 working days or longer which is very unfortunate. If any order has not been received after 4 days then please do let us know so we can assist you further. We can resend any order that is not received after the 7th working day as we can then class this as lost in post with Royal Mail. Apologies again for any inconvenience that this has caused.
