“I've been buying ink from PB for several years now. It is of consistently high quality; there was a faulty cartridge once in the past, but a call to PB quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out and a free returns envelope to return the faulty one. They are keenly priced too. I tried several other suppliers before I found PB and received second best, so I've stuck with PB and am more than happy to recommend them to others.”
