“It would be more helpful if you showed a delivery date when ordering, its not clear when it will arrive and puts me off ordering, as I need to know how long my old ink needs to last”

Dear Miss Doughty Thank you for your review. We do advise a 2-7 day delivery window, though find most people receive their order in 3-4 days. It is a little difficult to be more accurate on an exact date as the delivery is made by Royal Mail and their processing times can vary from one are to the next. “Amazing,Excellent!!!! The print cartridges worked perfectly 1st time and a great price. Just one question,do Printer Basics want empty cartridges for re-use. Thanks again,great service and product.”

“Prices are good, delivery is good, customer service is good. But half the own-brand compatible cartridges for a Canon PIXMA printer did not function correctly and needed to be returned. Probably better to buy original, for which the price difference is not so attractive.”

“the substitute printer ink was rejected by the printer i thought it was not compatible however after speaking to printer basics they told me how load it so the printer accepted it and also how to get more ink out of the cartridge, a great service, many thanks”

“Having had a few generic toner cartridges at a really excellent price from Printer Basics I recently purchased a "look alike" replacement drum for my printer. I then had a problem installing it so I emailed their support team. They were very helpful and resolved all quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I now feel I have got a very good bargain yet again. Thanks to all!”
