“I have always received excellent service from Printer Basics and on the only occasion where there was a problem (not caused by PB but the Royal Mail delivery service) the issue was resolved very promptly and to my complete satisfaction by the customer services department of PB.”

“very happy with the ink cartridges i got from you for my hp all in one printer and copier, the quality of your ink cartridges are great. you would not believe they are not hp cartridges. plus they are great value for money and great printing quality. will be using these from now on”

“Not the quickest delivery to the UK mainland but cartridges are good quality and long lasting, not to forget the ultra competitive pricing. I've used them for a long time for various printers, some of dubious age, and have not had a misfit or poor quality print ever. What's not to like?”

“Great price of course, with a reasonably quick delivery. Cartridges fitted easily and with little effort, and worked straightaway. However my Canon printer would not recognise the cartridges and give a message "unable to identify ink levels" despite pressing reset button a number of times.”
