“I've been using Printer Basics inks on three printers over the years and have only had one cartridge that was faulty and replaced, free. The printers were not damaged by their substitute ink as far as I'm concerned - the printers just died as they were tired. Printer Basics provide one of the best online systems and services from my experience of on-line suppliers.”
