“I am disappointed with my last order of Premium HP301XL refills. Despite cleaning the cartridge heads twice, the black is still printing intermittently. This is not the quality refill I associated with Printer Basics.”

“My order arrived promptly in good condition, the cartridges work very well first time, at the moment I'm not sure of the longevity of the ink, but I would imagine that it must be fairly good. I would recommend Printer Basics to anyone who wants ink cartridges at good prices & also very good service, many thanks.”
