“Hi The cartidges are good and at a competetive price, but communication could be bettet. I beleive they should have been despatched next day following ordering but came just over a month later. I hadn't run out of ink, but I did wonder if they would ever turn up as I got no feedback from yourselves ( no reply to my 2 or 3 emails) Just a one liner saying when they would arrive would have done. That would help your business I'm sure. Cheers”

“We placed an order on Friday 06th May but by the following Thursday we had not received our order so I emailed to be told that it was sent out on the following Monday and that it would be chased up with royal mail. We then had a message on the phone to say that the order had been shipped, it arrived on Monday 16th and was dated the 13th so it was a good service once we had chased it up. Would use again”
