“Could've been a full 5 but still waiting for a response to email I sent on Saturday morning. Ordered on Thursday, arrived Friday morning...absolutely superb delivery. Have to admit I was pleasantly surprised after seeing reviews having already placed order..I even looked to cancel before dispatch!! Printer wouldn't accept the black cartridge and spent best part of the day trying to resolve...even stripping and cleaning printhead, but still kept telling me there was a problem with the black cartridge. Tried again on Saturday before giving up and emailing customer service to advise of issue. Now Thursday and still no response. Order and delivery were worthy of 5 stars, customer service....or total lack of...0 stars. As problem still not resolved with black cartridge/chip...doubt I would use them again. Good customer service makes or breaks a business unfortunately.”

“Absolutely nothing wrong with the product, the packaging and delivery. 5* on all counts. Lord help you though if you have a problem -as in all other reviews I read. My ink needed to stand 'upright' for several hours before the cartridges worked. This can happen if they've been stored flat for any time. I raised a query on this by 1. Online contact chat, 2, online contact form and 3, by direct e-mail. Did I get any response -a resounding NO.”
