“IT WORKED OK FOR 3 WEEKS NOW IT IS PRINTING`ALL SMUDG AFTER 20 PRINT OUTSTARTTO WORK OK ITHINK ITS FAULTY BECAUSE IF I PUT THE OLD ONE IN IT WORKS FINE SO CAN YOU REPLACE THE INK CARTRIDGE ASAP THANK YOU”

“I received the Imaging Drum and fitted it to my printer. The first few pages were great, then dark, and grey, lines appeared down each page. I transferred the Drum to my back-up printer with the same results. I sent several e-mails asking for help - starting on 28th February 2022 and to date have had no response.”
