“Good price and quick despatch, but unfortunately I paid double price for next day delivery but courier didn’t deliver. I emailed printer ink direct, but 5 days on, and still no reply. The cartridges initially didn’t work in my printer, it took a while (3 hrs) to actually find the problem why the printer wouldn’t print in colour. Turns out, the bottom ink port was no being punctured by the printer on insertion. The cartridges really need to be pushed down extra firmly to engage. Very disappointed, will not be switching to this supplier long term. :(”

“I received the Imaging Drum and fitted it to my printer. The first few pages were great, then dark, and grey, lines appeared down each page. I transferred the Drum to my back-up printer with the same results. I sent several e-mails asking for help - starting on 28th February 2022 and to date have had no response.”
