“Poor service. Item did not arrive even after 2 weeks from order. No updates on tracking mail delivery. No communication from the seller even after sending them 2 - 3 emails. no phone number to call them to chase up delivery. Item never received. got a refund back from Paypal after nearly 3 weeks. Stay away from this seller.”

“Bought two new toner cartridges for my Brother laser printer from Printer Ink Direct. Not the cheapest- nearly!- but quality of print very good. Last non-original cartridge started off great but developed ink spots then faded lines down pages after a few hundred pages so decided to change company. Hopefully these cartridges will be better. New one worked fine as soon as slotted in with no adjustments necessary.”

“Good price and quick despatch, but unfortunately I paid double price for next day delivery but courier didn’t deliver. I emailed printer ink direct, but 5 days on, and still no reply. The cartridges initially didn’t work in my printer, it took a while (3 hrs) to actually find the problem why the printer wouldn’t print in colour. Turns out, the bottom ink port was no being punctured by the printer on insertion. The cartridges really need to be pushed down extra firmly to engage. Very disappointed, will not be switching to this supplier long term. :(”
