“Prompt service. First time I’ve used a non-branded drum. Previously used toners with no problem. Despite clear instructions although they didn’t apply to my printer, in the end I managed a ‘forced’ recognition of the drum in a Brother printer. Once in use, the drum produces a thick black line down the left of each printed page. It’s not an issue for me, all of my printing is for internal use, but not good for documents leaving the business. I’ll live with these shortcomings because I saved over £30, but they are shortcomings.”
